Our vision is to eradicate child poverty by equipping local people and enabling them to make long-term changes within their own communities.

How it works

Artists

AACP partners with artists from a multitude of practices - from musicians, to painters, to potters, to writers - anyone who wants to use their work to make a tangible difference in a child’s life.

When an artists partners with us, they offer to pledge to us a small percentage of the profits they make from their work, typically 5%. This can be a long term partnership, or a one off.

The money raised is then used to fund orphanages and children’s centres in the developing world.

If you are an artist and would like to know more, please get in touch with us via this contact form.

On The Ground

We believe that the people most qualified to help eradicate poverty are the local people themselves, but to do this they will need to be equipped with two things: funding and training.

Funding

The money raised by our artists will go towards helping to fund children’s centres and orphanages in practical ways, whether that be helping with staffing costs, paying rent on buildings, or buying food.

These centres are often at the forefront of tackling child poverty on the ground. They provide food, shelter, education and security for the most vulnerable children.

Training

Education is key to breaking to poverty cycle. By providing training in safeguarding, nutrition, child psychology and more, we are enabling sustainable, long-term change over generations.
